How to apply
All applications and payments are online via Ethex: www.ethex.org.uk/invest/latch2023
Our share offer is being managed by Ethex (an ethical funding platform). Ethex brings together on
one platform the best positive savings and investment opportunities to make it easy to make money do good. Payment must be made in full at the time of application, in accordance with Rule 6d).
How we shall hold your money
Sharein will hold all share application monies invested via the Ethex platform on our behalf until the share offer closes. The Board of Directors will consider your application at the first Board meeting after the offer closes.
You will then be advised as to whether your application has been accepted and the date on which your membership becomes effective. Share certificates will be provided by LATCH following the approval of your investment and membership.

You are provided with all the facts you need to make an informed decision
The facts are supported by the annual accounts and/or business plan for the society
Nothing in the documents is purposefully incorrect, confusing or misleading
